We work closely with Belches N Burps owner David Mackey to coordinate more then four dozen contestants cooking onsite, live music, concession sales, celebrity judge recruitment and promotion.
The Cook Off draws more than 500 people, raises money for a great charity, and generates good publicity for the business.
